What to watch on TV tonight: Saturday

Here are the shows that will be on your Twitter timeline this evening.

Every lunchtime, DailyEdge.ie rounds up the TV shows that you’ll be tweeting about tonight and talking about tomorrow.

The Ray D’Arcy Show (RTÉ One, 9.45pm)

This week, Ray is joined on the couch by model Janice Dickinson, Keith Duffy, Operation Transformation’s Dr. Eva Orsmond and recently retired Dublin GAA star Ger Brennan. There will also be music from Editors. (Not quite Wheatus, but sure look.) #raydarcy

RWC Live (TV3, 7.30pm)

Tonight’s main fixture sees host nation England take on Uruguay. Can England redeem themselves after last week’s performance against Australia or are they destined to bow out of the tournament in unremarkable fashion? You’ll just have to tune in and see.

Strictly Come Dancing (BBC One, 6.20pm)

Will Daniel O’Donnell make it through? Will you develop even more of a crush on Peter Andre? So many questions, all of which will be answered tonight.

Everyone’s talking about… Eastenders

Eatsenders has made history after casting a transgender actor.

Riley Carter Millington is set to become the first ever transgender actor to play a transgender character in a soap.

I have now fulfilled my two biggest dreams – to be living my life as a man and to be an actor.

The 21-year-old will join the soap later this month and return at the end of the year. (Independent)
